Who We Are

RUTI Corp is a management consultancy that helps organizations turn strategy into measurable performance, the kind that shows up in cost, capacity and revenue. We work on how processes, people, data and technology fit together, then build the governance and capability that keep the results in place.

Founded in 2021, we work with leadership teams that have the strategy and the initiatives but are not yet seeing the performance. Our approach is practical. We start with how work actually runs and tie every change to a business result you can measure, such as cost, cycle time or revenue.

Our Perspective

Performance does not come from any single part of the organization. It comes from how strategy, processes, people, data and technology work together. Fix one in isolation, and the problem often moves somewhere else.

That is why we look at the whole system before recommending a change. A faster process still fails if no one owns it. A new tool still disappoints if the data behind it is unreliable. A good plan still stalls if the people who must carry it out were not part of it.

We also expect the results to show up in the numbers. Fewer errors, shorter cycle times and lower cost are not process achievements for their own sake. They are what your organization keeps.

Leadership

Ruben Tindugan Jr., Co-Founder and President

Ruben leads RUTI with nearly 26 years of professional experience in IT, digital transformation and data excellence. That experience spans manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, healthcare, retail and financial services, including large capital projects and process improvement programs.

Ruben holds a joint MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business and Regis University. Ruben is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified through the Ateneo de Manila University Center for Continuing Education with Oriel STAT-A-MATRIX. Ruben is also a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, now at the dissertation stage. As a trainer and coach, Ruben has helped teams in several industries build the skills to run improvements themselves.
